Dave has over 25 years of experience as a CEO and independent board member of public and private companies both in the U.S. and internationally. Dave has spent his career rebuilding and exponentially growing organizations in a strategic and sustainable way. His success throughout his career organically led him to his encore work in supporting other CEOs in experiencing the same success he did.
Dave holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and is Certified as a DISC and Emotional Quotient consultant for individuals and teams. Additionally, he is a certified facilitator in a system based on Verne Harnishes’ Rockefeller Habits and the book Traction. He’s an avid sailor, accomplished pilot and fierce yet mediocre golfer!
Emma Garrison, leadership culture and human behavior expert
Emma has devoted her career to supporting leadership teams in fully understanding the human aspect of the business, company culture, and how to drive results through our most valuable asset – our people! She’s an expert in exploring the “why”s of human behavior including decision making, conflict, conversations and the overall impacts in the workplace environment to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Emma specializes in strategies to create deeper levels of trust and full human connection in teams and organizations to impact bottom line results. She is a YPO Certified Forum Facilitator, working with chapter and forums across the globe in deepening vulnerability and creating more effective experiences through best (and unique!) practices.
Emma is trained as a Master Nuero-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Master Life Coach, trauma-informed and holds a degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Utah. She was trained in Human Resources, Leadership and Employee Experience in the world-renowned leadership program at Target.
Emma resides in Orange County, California with her two doodles, Gibbon and Charlie, and enjoys her practice as an executive life coach when not in this office.
Dr Guy Cornelius, Leadership Development Expert
Guy is a coach and consultant to senior executives in support of the individual and collective effectiveness of business leaders with an emphasis on leadership coaching, executive selection and organization performance.
He holds a Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois.
Guy is a talented musician and song writer and can be found mountain biking in the Rocky Mountains on weekends.
Nancy J. Garrison, Growth Coach
Nancy unleashes personal and professional potential of teams and individuals by tapping into her career in human resource management, adult education, qualitative research and non-profit board service. Her coaching and facilitation work is informed by certifications in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Neuro Linguistic Programming and DISC Profile Interpreter.
Nancy serves as Lead Faculty for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program in Utah, a best in class entrepreneurship program focused on business growth.
When not teaming with clients, Nancy may be found stalking trout in backcountry streams, open water sailing or creating delicious meals for friends and family.
Carrie DiFranco, Account Excellence Manager
Carrie joins the Garrison Growth team with extensive experience in sales and customer service excellence. Her detail orientation, strategic mindset, and ability to align with client needs makes her an invaluable member of the team. She is a highly rated strategic impact facilitator partnering with teams to achieve Predictably Extraordinary Results through the Strategic Alignment and Accountability System (SAAS)™ Process.
Carrie resides in Michigan with her adorable, and very well-mannered five children (yes five!) and husband, Joe. When not at work, she’s a master chef and loves to travel the world with her family.
Ashlie Allen, Controller
Ashlie has more than 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. She received a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT. In 2008, she founded Allen Accounting Solutions, a full service accounting firm.
Ashlie lives in Park City, Utah and enjoys traveling and spending time on the lake with her husband and three children.
Christina Warner, Growth Associate
Christina joins Garrison Growth with a wealth of knowledge and experience in strategic communications that centered around cause-related campaigns and a variety of nonprofits. Her ability to simultaneously manage campaigns across multiple initiatives will prove beneficial as she helps Garrison Growth align, empower and inspire teams to be focused, agile and innovative.
Christina lives in Michigan with her husband and two children. When she's not working with the team, you can find her on the trails training for her next 10k or half marathon.
Patricia Taylor, Operations Coordinator
Patricia brings more than 24 years of experience working alongside the C-Suite executive team of a Fortune 500 steel company. Patricia was also part of that same team during the construction and start-up of its first mill that is now one of the largest and most successful in the U.S.
Patricia lives in Kentucky with her Yorkiepoo, Rosie. In her spare time she enjoys taking care of her home in the country, reading, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
