Dave has over 25 years of experience as a CEO and independent board member of public and private companies both in the U.S. and internationally. Dave has spent his career rebuilding and exponentially growing organizations in a strategic and sustainable way. His success throughout his career organically led him to his encore work in supporting other CEOs in experiencing the same success he did.
Dave holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He’s an avid sailor, accomplished pilot and fierce yet mediocre golfer!
Emma Marie Garrison, People Engagement Director
Emma has devoted her career to supporting organizations in fully understanding the human aspect of the business, and what it means to have engaged employees. She’s an expert in exploring the “why”s of human behavior including decision making, conversations and the overall impacts in the workplace environment to enhance organizational effectiveness to new heights.
Emma serves as a Millennial expert and has spent significant time studying the most effective ways to create successful relationships within cross-generational organizations. She holds a degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Utah. She was trained in Human Resources, Leadership and Employee Experience in the world renowned leadership program at Target.
Emma resides in Orange County, California with her two doodles, Gibbon and Charlie, and enjoys her practice as a Master NLP Practitioner and life coach when not in this office.
Dr Guy Cornelius, Leadership Development Expert
Guy is a coach and consultant to senior executives in support of the individual and collective effectiveness of business leaders with an emphasis on leadership coaching, executive selection and organization performance.
He holds a Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois.
Guy is a talented musician and song writer and can be found mountain biking in the Rocky Mountains on weekends.
Nancy J. Garrison, Learning Experience Designer
Nancy is a professional development facilitator who thrives when working with clients dedicated to investing in team effectiveness at all levels of the organization. Her background in qualitative research allows her to translate employee input into highly customized solutions.
Nancy has a wealth of experience working with government agencies, higher education, non-profit and corporate organizations. Her BS in Industrial & Labor Relations and Masters Degree in Education allows her to offer practical and experiential professional development.
Nancy is currently co-lead faculty for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program in Utah and teach entrepreneurs about leadership and culture.
When not teaming with clients, Nancy may be found stalking trout in backcountry streams, open water sailing or creating delicious meals for friends and family.
Carrie DiFranco, Account Excellence Manager
Carrie joins the Garrison Growth team with extensive experience in sales and customer service excellence. Her detail orientation, strategic mindset, and ability to align with client needs makes her an invaluable member of the team. You will likely interact with Carrie as you Discover/Align/Achieve with Garrison Growth.
Carrie resides in Michigan with her adorable, and very well-mannered five children (yes five!) and husband, Joe. When not at work, she’s a master chef and loves to travel the world with her family.
Ashlie Allen, Controller
Ashlie has more than 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. She received a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT. In 2008, she founded Allen Accounting Solutions, a full service accounting firm.
Ashlie lives in Park City, Utah and enjoys traveling and spending time on the lake with her husband and three children.
